As I see much problems in some forums about chat,so here will be several rules.
Those are:
1-Don't troll any person. 1-3 week(s) of ban in the Chat
2-Don't abuse your powers,because you are a member of a Group with responsibilities. Demoted and 1-3 week(s) of ban in the Chat
3-Much people enter at the chat to help each other about sprites,so,if you steal any sprite, there will be BAN IN THE FORUM FOR 1 MONTH
