    Here it is all you need to know:
    -It's forbidden spamming,insulting or flaming.
    -Don't abuse of your power,there will be several consequences about that.
    -About sprites:
    *Don't steal sprites
    *Don't insult someone just if he make "bad" sprites.
    *AND THE MOST IMPORTANT:Have fun spriting!
